Schneider receives Wisconsin Athletic Service Award

Kay Schneider received the Wisconsin Athletic Service Award from the Wisconsin Athletic Director’s Association Jan. 29 during the Sparta Girls Basketball game.

Sparta High School Small Animal Veterinary Science students visited the Monroe County Animal Shelter to learn about animal treatment and training from guest speaker Karen Williamson from Karen’s K-9 Konnection.

Anatomy & Physiology class visits UW-L

Students in the Sparta High School Anatomy & Physiology class recently traveled to the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse cadaver lab and the PT/OT program facility.

They spent time working with the human cadavers and organs as well as time learning about PT/OT fields of study and learning different skills that are taught in these programs.
