Glimmers of Hope, a local non-profit organization passionate about helping children, is providing a Christmas ham and five pound bag of potatoes to each family in the Southside Nutrition for Children and Lawrence-Lawson Cares program. Representing Glimmers of Hope is Quinn Mathison and her children Delia, Pearce and Josephine. The Glimmers for Hope generous act of kindness has been evident for the past five years in helping school aged children have a delicious and nutritious holiday meal with their family; parents will be picking up their ham and potatoes during school hours through Dec. 21.
