Enrolling Your Child

To register your child(ren), please go to Central Registration in the District Administration and Education Center (201 East Franklin Street). The District Registrar will be able to help you with enrollment forms, questions, and school of attendance.

Open Enrollment

The 2013-14 Open Enrollment Window through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction will open at midnight Feb. 4, 2013, and close at 4 p.m. April 30, 2013.

Sparta Area School Distirct Pre-Kindergarten Enrollment Forms

The following enrollment materials are needed for students enrolling in the Sparta Area School District Pre-Kindergarten program. Please bring the completed forms and the child's certified birth certificate to Central Registration at the District Administration and Education Center, 201 East Franklin St., during regular business hours. If you are unable to print the materials or would like a packet mailed to you, please contact the District Registrar at (608) 269-3151.
