Our Facilities Expansion Project construction is progressing quickly!
At Southside last week, Market & Johnson demoed the interior two rooms where the connecting link comes through from the new building into the existing building. ICS set all bar joists and installed all detailing iron on the roof entire new building area. ICS also was able to start on metal decking in the large classroom area. Eau Claire Insulation detailed all exterior window blocking and began the spray-foam on the exterior of the building.
At the Herrman Elementary site, Market & Johnson formed and poured concrete for the exterior footings of the northwest section of the school, and are continuing to move on to other sections. Gerke Excavating worked on placing storm sewer drains. They also excavated all the exterior footings and laid down gravel on the west parking lot. B&B Electric had their foreman on site and placed electrical sleeves where they need to be before M&J begins forming the walls on top of footings.
