We provide information technology infrastructure, training, and support to the District community. Our work encompasses the 1:1 initiative, software management, wired and wireless networking, internet access, classroom technology, computer device support, and telephones.
To receive technology assistance on virtual or snow days with school provided 1:1 Chromebooks, iPads, and Hotspots, families can submit questions and feedback via email and receive a response within 24 hours through the Family Technology Helpdesk by emailing email@example.com. The Help Desk is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday on days when school is virtual.
